Manufacturers Of Remanufacturing Mode Dual-channel Supply Chain Pricing Research

With the rapid development of electricity providers,the lack of social resources,the development of laws and regulations and the improvement of consumer environmental protection,taking into account the recycling of waste products and remanufacturing and online sales under the line of dual-channel supply chain has become a problem Countries,manufacturers and research scholars are concerned about the focus.Online purchases make consumers more expensive to shop,but while the development of science and technology brings convenience,consumers are beginning to realize that the resulting environmental damage and began to focus on environmentally friendly remanufactured products and continuously improve their own environmental awareness Level.The impact of the remanufacturing strategy has changed the pricing strategies of the dual channel supply chain.Based on the above background,this paper analyzes the research literature of the previous two scholars in the field of dual channel supply chain.Based on the game theory,the research method of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis is adopted to produce the manufacturer For the market-led re-manufacturing strategy under the dual channel supply chain pricing strategy to study.Based on the previous research results,this paper mainly analyzes the pricing strategy of the dual-channel supply chain and the selection of the recycling channels of the manufacturers,which are mainly market-driven by the manufacturer,mainly from the following two aspects: First,three kinds of single recovery channels in the supply chain,the introduction of government incentive mechanism,respectively,the establishment of centralized decision-making model and decentralized decision-making model,the analysis of the nodes of the optimal decision variables,profits and system total profits.Secondly,three kinds of double recycling channel supply chain,the introduction of government rewards and punishments system,the establishment of centralized decision-making model and decentralized decision-making model,analysis of the nodes of the enterprise's best decision variables,profits and system total profits.Finally,the paper analyzes the influence of decision variables,profit and government incentive mechanism in the supply chain of single and double recycling channels by using mathematical software as the two-dimensional graph.Through the research of this paper,three conclusions are drawn: First,when the manufacturer is the leader of the dual channel supply chain,the direct selling price,the wholesale price,the retail price and the new price of the network in the three single and double recycling channels are Product production costs,recycling market size,sales price sensitive coefficient was positively correlated,and not by the recovery of the main and reward and punishment mechanism.Second,the double recycling channels,found that manufacturers involved in recycling,the rest of the recovery task should be outsourced to retailers,business can not be outsourced to third parties.Finally,the government to implement the reward and punishment mechanism can effectively improve the enthusiasm of the recyclers and enhance the total profit of the supply chain,the Government should play its active role in setting reasonable and effective recovery standards and reward and punishment.
