With the improvement of people's living standards,the expenditure on drugs has also been greatly increased,and the growth of expenditure is far greater than that of GDP.It is predicted that by 2020,China will replace the United States as the world's largest market for health care products.In the increasingly competitive market situation,marketing channels have become an increasingly important external resource for pharmaceutical manufacturers.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a detailed and in-depth study of the pharmaceutical marketing channels in China,both from the development of the pharmaceutical market in China and from the response to the competition of foreign pharmaceutical enterprises.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background,significance,contents and methods of this paper,and focuses on the theoretical basis of this paper,combing the relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars.Subsequently,the current situation of marketing channels of Xiansheng Pharmaceutical Company is analyzed,the general situation of Xiansheng Pharmaceutical Company is introduced,and the existing problems and causes of the problems in marketing channels of Xiansheng Pharmaceutical Company are mainly analyzed.Secondly,the influencing factors of marketing channel of Xiansheng Pharmaceutical Company are analyzed in depth,mainly from four aspects: target market,commodity,enterprise conditions and macro environment.According to the analysis results,the new marketing channel design strategy of Xiansheng Pharmaceutical Company is put forward.The model,results,selections of distributors,performance appraisal and incentive,price system and striking cross-regional collusion of goods are redesigned from the improvement goal and principle.Finally,the specific implementation plan of marketing channel optimization strategy of Xiansheng Pharmaceutical Company is formulated,mainly from the implementation plan,measures,safeguards and other aspects.The research in this paper can provide a good reference for the marketing channel work of Xiansheng Pharmaceutical Industry in theory,and is conducive to the smooth promotion of Channel Development of Xiansheng Pharmaceutical Industry.
