In recent years,along with science and technology changes with each passing day,the management environment change,enterprises increasingly fierce competition,and constantly improve the customer requirements,strategic management become hot issues of mutual interest in industry and academia.Formulate a reasonable and effective development strategy can help enterprises to improve the core competitive advantage,to win in the competition,long-term development.Changsha Jundu hotel co.,LTD.Is a service in the hospitality industry hotel company,after more than ten years of development has been relatively stable business.However because of beginning in 2013 domestic hotel services market regulation and the influence of the tourism market,the company is facing since the biggest development bottleneck and unprecedented challenges.How to continue to maintain and further enhance the Changsha jun hotel company's market position and business situation,make the company continues to develop for a long time,need to make a clear plan for the future of the company development.In this paper,we systematic analysis the external environment of the company's products and the resources of the enterprise itself by applying the theory of strategic management,human resources,economics and so on,and using porter's five competitive model,the strategic management tools such as SWOT analysis.To develop its own products' development strategy,expand market share,finally realize the enterprise value maximization and maintain and Changsha Jundu hotel Co.,LTD in the Boutique Hotel industry status,we carefully analysis the status of Changsha Jundu hotel Co.,LTD based on summarizing the external opportunities and threats of the enterprise,and on this basis made clear the company's development strategy is\"a stable,two breakthrough,three implementation\?",from the strategic level,the company main business such as marketing,management and human resources management and other aspects of enterprise diagnosis,implementation is discussed from several aspects.Has a certain theoretical value and practical significance of this study,we also hope for other domestic hotel industry in the face of increasingly fierce competition in the market environment,how to ensure their own advantage and provide a reference for sustainable development.
