| As the second industry in our country,the construction industry plays an important role in the developments of the economy and society.But affected by the world economic crisis,in the development of the construction industry,great changes have taken place in the internal and external environment,especially the small and medium-sized construction enterprises.Facing with the fierce market competition,the development of small and medium-sized construction enterprises will be more difficult.In China,the majority of small and medium-sized construction lack overall situation view,short-sighted,and do not pay enough attention to strategic management。So that,they do not have suitable development strategy for their own.In the period of economic transition,small and medium-sized construction enterprises face the opportunities and challenges at the same time.How to seize the opportunities for the development,scientifically formulate development strategy to maintain the competitive advantage of enterprises,effectively implement the strategy of enterprise development,is an important topic worthy of our study.Chang Jian construction engineering company is a professional enterprise,engaged in project investment,development,construction and so on.Through the more than 10 years of deepening development,it has confronted some problems when going standardization and modernization.The main idea of this paper is as following.The background,the aim,the significance,and the research status at home and abroad are described in the introduction,which have laid the foundation for the research.After that,we discuss the development status of Chang Jian construction engineering company,especially focus on the implementation of present strategic effect.In the analysis of its strategy,the research is based on two aspects,internal and external environment.Using the SWOT analysis,we understand the favorable and unfavorable conditions in the market for the company.Based on the above analysis,we have determined the company’s strategic objectives,adjust the strategic emphasis.From the overall strategic business unit strategy,and functional strategy,we develop a suitable development strategy for Chang Jian construction engineering company.Finally,we put forward the countermeasures to guarantee implementation of the company strategy.In this study,we put Chang Jian company as a practice object and aim to put forward the scheme of enterprise development strategy,to help small and medium-sized enterprises effectively specify and implement strategic management in the complex competition environment,to improve the ability to enhance the strategic management,to serve the economic development of our country betterly. |
