Under the background of informationalization,enterprises nowadays pay more and more attention to the role of flat management.By means of reducing the hierarchy,establishing flexible information channels,strengthening the lateral communication among departments and giving employees more opportunities to participate in decision-making,flat management helps to raise the efficiency of information delivery,improve the reaction ability of enterprises to meet the market demands,promote the adaptive and executive capacity,and finally enhance the developmental performance.Since many enterprises adopt the method of flat management in China today and its management befits are gradually highlighted,part of them are still on the early-stage exploration.As a result,the corresponding construction of information,motivating system and enterprise culture are still behindhand.Therefore,the case study on the management issues of flattening not only is conducive to the case company optimizing its flat management,but also promotes the overall development of flat managementaccording to the company's demonstration effects.This thesis is on the basis of flat management,business process reengineering and organization modularity.Taking A company as the researching object and analyzing the process of development on flat management domestic and overseas,it makes a deep analysis on the problems and possibly causes during the process reform of flat management from the aspect of optimizing A company's flat management.Then it manages to come up with a better management plan for A company.In addition,this thesis uses the managing experiences worth learning from other countries for reference,presenting the concrete measures for boosting flat management of A company.
