Facing increasingly fierce competition,The transformation and upgrading of property insurance companies focus on human resource management,Performance management is particularly important in human resource management.The main content of this study is through literature analysis,behavior event interview and questionnaire,the establishment of team competency model,namely the core competence,team leadership and professional competency in three categories.Combined with A insurance company management practice,the original team long performance management program is added to the competency assessment index.t the same time on different levels of competency Team Leader needs at different stages of focus on the development of the competency indicators,increase the assessment effortsFinally,from the target,communication,promotion,reward and effect evaluation so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the program of performance management.
