From the20th century, the degree of the global economic interdependence, mutual penetration andmutual exchanges has been deepening more and more. Meanwhile, companies are also facingunprecedented competitive pressures and challenges. In order to obtain better development opportunitiesand advantages, companies become more clearly aware of the need to new thinking and perspectives toreposition human resources, especially the key role and value of high-level quality human resources in theenterprise. For enterprises, the success of high-performance recruitment selection has laid a solidfoundation for obtaining potential talents with good performance on all types of positions.However, traditional recruitment which focuses on education, knowledge and skills and whosestandards are too vague and generalized, has been increasingly unable to meet market competition. So howto make decisions in the recruitment selection scientifically and effectively rather than through guessworkand rule of thumb is an important issue which must be carefully explored and addressed in the field ofhuman resource management.“Competency “theory and its application in practice offer a new way to solvethis problem.This thesis takes the SX enterprise as a research subject, based on the comprehensive analysis in thefollowing parts: the competency theory’s origin, development, model building and model recruitmentsystem application condition etc. It emphasizes the situation of human resources and characteristics of SXenterprises, focusing on the use of competency theory and model construction method to extract thecompetency of the employees in the company, set up a competency model for the campus recruitment.After being validated, the mode is further improved and perfected. The results of this study will combinethe competency theory with the practice of human resource management in enterprise closely to help theenterprises achieve efficient recruitment, meet the demand for talent in enterprise development, at the sametime also hoping to provide the beneficial reference and inspiration for the acceleration of the scientific,modernization process to the current enterprise human resource management,.
