| NCS is a state-owned enterprise under the SASAC of the State Council.The instrument company of NCS covers nine regional markets in China.The sailing of company plays a vital role in the firms activities,and the salesman being effectively stimulate will affect the success of the enterprises in the process of fierce competition.Combining with the NCS’ features,this thesis analyzes that NCS’ main task is to inspire salesmen to improve their work efficiency.Compensation incentive is the most direct way and performance compensation perfectly suits employees who want to make more money.Therefore,it is an important means to tackle the problem of salesmen’ resignation and low work efficiency.Thus,establishing a scientific and reasonable performance compensation plan is very crucial for NCS to solve a series of problems relating to staff stability,incentive and staff’s active participation in work,and even the comprehensive strength.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first chapter mainly expounds the background and the significance of the research,as well as the paper structure and main content.The second chapter briefly demonstrates the theories of human resources that closely connect with performance pay.Then the third chapter based on the general situation of the NCS,summarizes the current problems of performance compensation,and analyzes the reasons.In the chapter four,in order to stimulate the enthusiasm of the sales staff at the best degree and to achieve significant improvement in sales performance and enhance NCS’s overall strength,the performance compensation reforms have been proposed. |
