In modern society with the development of technology and increasing concentration of capital,it's the main means for mass production and standardization procedures to reduce the production cost and operation cost.The uniqueness,specificity and one-tine only features of project-oriented enterprises make it's hard to effectively direct copy the custom-tailored products to different customers.A large number of project-oriented enterprises transform to product-oriented enterprises or standardize and unify all the potential working flows.As we all know,matrix is the general organization structure of project-oriented enterprises.During the process of transforming to product-oriented strategy,how to adjust the external and internal environment,features of business and managers and the strategic objective of organization structure to promote the realization of the strategy,is the focus of of this thesis.By analyzing the external and internal environment of X Company,combined with the background of X Company's strategic transition from project-oriented to product-oriented and the dimension of its organizational structure,the thesis analyzes the organizational structure reform of X Company in 2012.To evaluate the performance of the changing organizational structure from matrix to matrix plus virtual decentralization structure and analyze the problems and contradictions along with.Based on the strategic objectives and the responsibilities of the position in the organization,the allocation of power and the allocation of resources of X Company,here below I propose an optimization program with pertinence and put forward the optimized corresponding implement security suggestions.This thesis puts forward the optimization plan of the organization structure of the product center and corresponding implementation guarantee,to help the Company promote the organization efficiency in favor of vertical integration strategy.It also provides an organizational structure model for similar project-based enterprises in strategic transformation.
