Accompanied by the fierce competition in the globalization, China’smanufacturing enterprises must change to more advanced manufacturing in the21stcentury, research on the basis of previous scholars on the service-orientedmanufacturing, this paper descripte of the enterprise service-oriented manufacturing,explorate of service-oriented manufacturing enterprises operatingmechanism,research the path of China’s manufacturing industry from production toservice-oriented manufacturing from supply chain,production patterns, andorganizational structure,this is also the innovation of this paper.In the end,by Haierempirical analysis, the transition path can reflected in the specific case of theevidence.Porter value model value will be introducted in this paper. The paper comparedall angles in the supply chain, research of supply chain integration model, buildingelements of the production function, and solving, comparison, analysis strategy ofservice enhancements of manufacturing enterprises. By comparing the organizationalmodel, reveal operation mechanism of the organization of service-orientedmanufacturing. Comparative and analysis of the operating conditions and profit modelbefore and after the transformation of manufacturing enterprises, obtainedcountermeasures of China’s manufacturing enterprises in the transition toservice-oriented, this is the main purpose of this article.This paper is based on the western economic theory, Information theory, supplychain management theory, Organization Theory and so on, from the analysis of statusand problems of manufacturing enterprise, find the ways to change these situations,finally, put forward the possible path of China’s manufacturing industryproduction-based to service-oriented, and select Haier enterprise as the object ofempirical research. Analyze the effectiveness of the transformation by compare theannual report data, design the questionnaire and test the questionnaire’s validity andreliability, research impacting on brand value by transition of company. The collecteddata using statistical analysis software correlation analysis and regression analysis,andevaluation the transition path.
