Time And Space Differentiation Of The Coordinated Development Of Urban Human Settlements And Economy In Shaanxi Province

Since the reform and opening up,the rapid development of industrialization has led to the continuous improvement of the level of China's economic development.With the development of the economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standard,people pay more and more attention to the construction of urban human settlements environment.The city as an important living space for human habitation,rest,work,travel and entertainment space,is an important unit to improving the settlements environment.The construction of urban human settlements environment has become the hot issues in current society.And with the advancement of the concept of sustainable development,people pay more and more attention to how to coordinate the relationship between urban human settlements environment and economic development,and strive to promote the sustainable development of the city.Shaanxi as a gateway to the northwest region,the strategic position is very important.After years of development,the Shaanxi province is facing the urgent request of urban transformation and economic transition,the urban development needs to be changed,and the economic structure needs to be optimized.Therefore,in accordance with the concept of sustainable development and the concept of coordinated development,promoting the coordinated development of urban human settlements environment and the economy is the only way for the development of Shaanxi province in the future.Therefore,the article takes the 10 cities in Shaanxi province as the research object,conducts the studying based on the relevant theory of settlements environment and economic development,and on the basis of human settlement environment research progress at home and abroad.Firstly,introducing the urban human settlements environment and economic development of Shaanxi province,and clearing the present situation of the study area.Secondly,constructing the index system of urban human settlements environment system and index system of economic development system,getting the composite index of urban human settlements environment and economic development about Shaanxi province in 2001-2014 using the PC A model,conductting the comprehensive evaluation of the urban human settlements environment and the level of economic development.Again,using the coordination degree model and the degree of coordinated development model,and analyzing the differentiation characteristics of space and time about the coordinated development of economic and the urban human settlements environment in Shaanxi province in 2001-2014.Finally,analyzing the factors of the coordinated development of urban human settlements environment and economy,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for future development in Shaanxi province.Through research,we get the following conclusions:(1)Temporal differentiation,in 2001-2014,the quality of Shaanxi urban human settlements environment and the level of economic development are steadily rising,municipal urban settlements environment quality is by the poor into middle rdi level,level of economic development is from the low to middle rdi level.Municipal settlements environment and economic coordination degree are rising gradually,the coordination level gradually transits to the coordinate model;The coordinated development degree is rising gradually,the coordinated development of types recession is gradually by the imbalance of economic development lags behind into the coordinated development of human settlements environment lag type.(2)Spatial differentiation,in 2001-2014,Shaanxi provincial cities residential environment quality are transformed gradually by the "high middle and low around" to the "middle-north-south" reduced gradually spatial pattern.The level of economic development is transformed by "high middle and low around" evolved into the "north high south low" spatial differentiation pattern.Municipal settlements environment and economic coordination degree is transformed gradually by the "north-south high,intermediate low" to "middle high,north and south low" spatial pattern.The coordinated development degree is transformed gradually from "south high north low"to "middle-north-south" reduced gradually of the spatial pattern.(3)In the aspects of the influencing factors and countermeasures of urban settlements environment and economic coordinated development,the main factors influencing the coordinated development of urban human settlements and economy in 10 prefecture-level cities in Shaanxi province were analyzed by gray relational analysis.The coordinated development of the settlements environment and the economy of the cities is mainly affected by the ecological environment,living conditions,economic strength,income consumption and public infrastructure.At present,the minimum contribution rate to the coordinated development of human settlements and economy in 10 cities is industrial structure,social stability and cultural education.According to the influencing factors of coordinated development,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of Shaanxi province:optimizing the urban ecological environment,improving the urban living conditions,raising the level of economic development,improving the living standards of the residents,improving the infrastructure construction,improving the weak stimulating effect and adjust measures to local conditions to develop together.
