Study On Temporal-spatial Differentiation And Regional Development Pattern Of Rural Settlements In Shengzhou, Zhejiang Province

For a long time,due to the limitations of natural conditions,the lack of scientific planning or unreasonable use,there are widespread land use problems in rural areas of China,such as low land use efficiency,scattered distribution of rural settlements.and poor living environment,which greatly affect the living standard of residents and the development of rural areas.In recent years,the proposal of the rural revitalization strategy has provided a favorable opportunity to solve the problem of rural land use,and the comprehensive promotion of the comprehensive rectification has also provided a path for the optimization and reconstruction of rural settlements.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out research on the regional development pattern of rural settlements,which can improve rural production,life,ecological environment optimize ecological livable and intensive and efficient land use,and realize sustainable development in rural areas.This paper takes Shengzhou county as an empirical research area.Based on the theory of landscape ecology and the integrated use of spatial analysis.Logistic regression analysis,multiple linear regression method and weighted Voronoi method,the paper discusses the spatial-temporal differentiation of rural settlements,analyzes the influencing factors of the spatial-temporal differentiation from the microscopic and macroscopic perspectives,defines the migration direction of settlements and proposes the development pattern of rural settlements.The main results of this paper are as follows:(1)The rural settlements in Shengzhou county showed an expansion trend,but there were differences within the region and change trend;the concentration of settlements increased continuously and developed in a multi-center direction;the settlement patterns tend to be more regular,which have geographical differences.(2)The spatial and temporal differentiation of rural settlements is affected by both natural geography and socio-economic factors.Settlements tend to increase in areas with low slope,small elevation,close to rivers,large agricultural population and high level of agricultural productivity,while settlements tend to decline in areas far away from towns,inconvenient water collection and low agricultural output.(3)According to the land suitability of the settlement,the existing rural settlement is adjusted and modified on the micro-scale,which is divided into concentrated development type,internal lifting type and migration combined type,and relevant suggestions are put forward for different types of settlement,so that the production and living environment and the utilization efficiency of the land can be improved.(4)According to the present situation of settlement development and regional characteristics,Shengzhou county is divided into "one main center-four sub center-multiple points" structure model on the macro scale,and the development direction of each region is put forward to optimize the structure system and development mode of rural settlements.
