With the advent of the era of "Internet +" and big data,human resource management plays a role in the enterprise have taken place earth-shaking changes,human resource department in the era will be along with time change and be adjusted continuously.In today's competitive incentive market environment,the diversity of scientific and reasonable salary management system design not only can improve the ability of enterprises to introduce and retain talent,but also can take advantage of the modern information era,through data analysis to grasp the new changes and new trend of compensation management,and with the staff's individuality demand,the combination of external and internal motivate employees to achieve a pay competitive advantage,enhance enterprise competitiveness,to ensure the sustainable development of the enterprise target.Management system innovation in state-owned enterprises is backward,especially in the compensation evenly,the average efficiency of hook,salary allocation efficiency,project with the investment restricted seriously affected the enterprise external competitiveness and internal motivation of employees.Depth in this paper analyzed the airport experimentation area subsidiary wholly state-owned company A of the present status of the human resources,through on-the-spot interviews,the pilot survey method,questionnaire investigation,literature review method,structure analysis and mathematical induction methods on the current problems existing in the compensation management system of A company on combing and analysis of,in turn,determine the compensation strategies,job analysis,the implementation of post evaluation in salary survey,salary positioning,determine the pay structure,clear compensation levels,implementation and correction methods of compensation system steps to optimize A company compensation system design.Based on A company's compensation system after optimization design,the introduction of pay system implementation safeguard measures,from organization,system,operation,supervision and optimization design of square in the face of measures to guarantee,at the end of the paper from the compensation system design,job analysis and evaluation,A summary on the compensation level and structure,put forward the research conclusion of the article,at the same time the article we summarized the deficiencies,to the compensation system in the study of subsequent Revelations and outlook.
