| As the "One Belt And One Road" strategy was put forward and implemented,Promote the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the twenty-first Century Maritime Silk Road vision and actionis put forward that China should Strengthen the port construction of 15 coastal cities,including Tianjin,Qingdao,Yantai and Dalian.On the one hand,the "One Belt" will bring a lot of potential cargo for these ports;On the other hand,"One Road" will strengthen the port capacity,and improve the docking ability with the international economy.Enhancing the competitiveness of these ports,has the important meaning to the "One Belt And One Road" strategy,effecting the 's economic development in Bohai region and even in China.Based on the comprehensive comparison of the seven ports in the Bohai area,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of port competitiveness.By using the method of principal component analysis,with the software of SPSS,raw data of Bohai port evaluation index are processed and calculated,and give the total ranking respectively,according to the principal component score and comprehensive score of Bohai sea ports.The cluster analysis method is used to cluster the ports according to the port competitiveness,reposite the port,and put forward some improvement measures.Through the method of principal component analysis-and cluster analysis,it is found that the Tianjin port,Qingdao port and Dalian Port have into a situation of tripartite confrontation trend;The comprehensive competitiveness of Tianjin was the strongest;The ports of Shandong province own the overall strength.The construction of sea rail transportation in Qingdao port lags behind Tianjin port and Dalian Port.In addition,Bohai region port group should response to the national "One Belt And One Road",seize the opportunity to develop Multimodal transport(especially Rail-sea intermodal transport),improve the docking function with the countries along the way of"One Belt And One Road" strategy. |
