Research On Coordination Mechanism Of Cross Border E-commerce Logistics Service System Under Overseas Warehouse Mode

The rational coordination of cross-border e-commerce logistics service system plays a vital role in the steady development of cross border e-commerce.To some extent,overseas warehouses can effectively solve the problems of high cost and poor timeliness of cross-border e-commerce logistics services.However,cross-border e-commerce providers,overseas warehouses and terminal distribution providers of cross-border electricity supplier logistics service supply chain members pursue their own interests maximization,which may lead to conflicts of interest and system losses.Therefore,it is necessary to reasonably select the overseas warehouse model and construct the coordinated decision-making mechanism of cross-border e-commerce logistics service system under the overseas warehouse mode.First,we consider the stochastic demand is influenced by the cross-border electricity supplier overseas warehouse and distribution business service level,the coordination problem respectively on the third party warehouse and overseas self overseas positions of two modes of cross-border e-commerce logistics service system.Through the establishment of the overseas warehouse mode of cross-border electricity supplier logistics service system of centralized decision-making,decentralized decision-making and contract coordination decision-making model.Cost sharing and revenue sharing contract based on the combination of Adams,obtained third party overseas positions and tanks built overseas positions of two kinds of mode of Berg equilibrium,and the service cost coefficient as a variable,determine rent of third party service providers overseas warehouse and cross-border business enterprise self overseas positions and their application range.Secondly,further study the overseas warehouse and terminal distribution business with fairness preference under the coordination problem of the cross-border electricity supplier logistics service supply chain under the mode of third party overseas positions.By introducing overseas trading fairness preference coefficient and terminal distribution taking fairness preference coefficient,Stan Kirberger equilibrium obtained overseas third party warehouse model solutions.The results show that the cross-border electricity supplier the enterprise to consider the fairness preference behavior of overseas positions,overseas warehouse terminal distribution business considering fairness preference behavior is conducive to the overall efficiency of cross-border electricity supplier logistics service supply chain is improved.Finally,combined with the actual situation,set the relevant parameters,through the example analysis,it is concluded that with the consideration of the members of thesea of cross-border electricity supplier logistics service supply chain model under two kinds of situations outside the warehouse fairness preference expected profit trend.The research results for overseas positions under the mode of cross-border electricity supplier logistics service system's actual operation and coordination.Has a certain reference value.
