| Think-tank in colleges and universities is an important part of the think tank in Chi na.The research on the university think tank can help to promote the construction and d evelopment of the university think tank in our country,enhance the overall soft power o f our country,and enhance the national competitiveness.The development of university think tank is just in time.University think-tanks have developed rapidly in recent years.With the strong support of national policies,universities and colleges have responded to the call for the establishment of university think tanks,and their ability to influence pol icy decisions and social guidance are gradually increasing.However,under the circumst ances of rapid development,many problems has exposed in the field of China's colleges and universities think-tank.Relying on national policies,quality improvement cannot k eep pace with the growth of quantity,lack of targeted evaluation mechanism,small influ ence of think tank and other problems frequently appear,which hinders the benign devel opment of Chinese university think tank.In view of the current problems of intellectual inventory in universities,this paper determines the 6 primary and 31 secondary influenc e evaluation indexes related to the university think tank through investigation and resear ch based on the existing evaluation system of think tank.By using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp),the weight of each university think tank influence index is determined,a nd the influence evaluation index system of Chinese university think tank is constructed.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions for the development of the think tank in our country.The establishment of the influence evaluation index system of the univ ersity think tank provides the theoretical basis for the quantitative evaluation of the Chin ese university think tank.It is of certain reference value for the future improvement and development of Chinese university think tank. |
