The Research Of Financial Support Of Shiyan City Modern Agricultural Development

Shiyan city published the "13th Five-Year special plan for the development of modern agriculture" in 2016,marks the development of modern agriculture in Shiyan launched a new course.Development plan clearly pointed out that strengthening the development of agricultural industrialization,accelerating the development of modern agricultural demonstration zone.It is necessary to study the current situation of financial support for modern agriculture in Shiyan,because of the need for strong financial support for the development of modern agriculture in Shiyan.The dissertation Based on the domestic and foreign scholars on the development of modern agriculture in the process of financial support,as well as the theory of rural finance and modern agriculture,this paper expounds the financial needs of the development of modern agriculture.This article mainly uses the method of qualitative analysis,through the analysis of the policy of Shiyan city finance,commercial finance,private finance and insurance institutions perspective,and summarizes the existing in the financial support for the development of modern agriculture in Shiyan city problems.First,Shiyan city policy finance single weak,agriculture business less agricultural issue,lack of financial support for agriculture;second,Shiyan city commercial finance combined with the lack of interaction,need proper guidance;third,Shiyan City,there are many folk financial usury,needs to be standardized;fourth,Shiyan insurance business fewer types of insurance companies need to innovate business.Put forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the problems mentioned above: increase financial support for agriculture;agricultural development issue of agricultural credit business;commercial banks joint supervision and management of private financial support for agriculture;agricultural insurance business innovation.
