Research On The Evolutionary Game Of Military And Civilian Technology Integration And Technology Service Industry

With the development of technological innovation,influence of science and technology on economy,society and military is deepening,and it also provides the opportunity for enterprises to open the new market and realize the transformation and upgrading.As an important part of the deep integration of military and civilian,technological integration plays an important role in safeguarding the interests and security of national,and has gradually become the key to improve the deep integration of military and civilian.However,how to improve the quality technology integration of military and civilian is still the focus of the deep integration of military and civilian field,also national security field.In China,current research about technology integration of military and civilian is still focus on theoretical research,and most of the them focused on the transformation process,participant,the risk of transformation and other aspects.In addition,combing the existing literature found that technology service industry is the ideal point to achieve technology integration of military and civilian,but in the most of existing models focus on enterprise only,ignoring the important role of technology service industry as intermediary organ.Therefore,based on combing and summarizing the relevant literatures about technology service industry and technology integration of military and civilian,firstly,this paper defines and analyzes the related concepts,such as technology service industry and technology integration of military and civilian,and their recent development situation from the whole to par,which is conducive to summarize the various existing problems between technology service industry and technology integration of military and civilian.Secondly,using the bilateral decision-making method based on the cumulative foreground theory to analyze the inherent logic of technology integration of military and civilian,then the functions of technology service industry has been analyzed emphatically and constructs the theoretical model of technology integration of military and civilian.Thirdly,according to process of technology integration of military and civilian,the basic assumptions,payoff matrix and replicator dynamic equation are proposed through evolutionary game theory,next,the simulation analysis is carried out under different conditions and getting a variety of evolutionary trends and evolutionary stabilization strategies.Finally,according to the matching results of the bilateral decision-making method and evolutionary stabilizationstrategies,this paper proposes a variety of guarantees to promote technology integration of military and civilian and its quality from strategic level and parts,which is also benefited for the development of technology service industry.
