With the rise of "bottom-up" leadership,leaders began to pay more attention to subordinates' feelings and emotions.Humility,as the core of "bottom-up" leadership,has drawn the attention of researchers and leaders.Most of the existing researches focus on the impact of high-level humble leadership on organizational and team performance,and influence the middle-level direct leadership behavior and grass-roots employee proactive behaviors through the modest leadership tendency.The related mechanism of action is still blank.Therefore,to explore the impact of high-level leadership's humble tendency on grass-roots employee proactive behaviors will have important theoretical and practical significance.The purpose of this paper is to examine the mechanism of the role of senior leadership humility in directly leading humility and grass-roots employee's hedonic tone through empirical data analysis,and then to study the impact of this mechanism on grassroots employees' help behavior and proactive behavior.Explores the impact of direct leadership proactive personality between the high-level leadership humility and the direct leadership of humility and the impact of grassroots employee proactive personality on the direct leadership of humility and grassroots employee's hedonic tone.This paper reviews the origins and development of humility characteristics and humble leadership behavior through detailed literature review,introduces the variable of employee's hedonic tone.According to the social learning theory and tickle down model,put forward the concept model of this article.244 valid sample data were obtained through questionnaire survey,and the descriptive statistical analysis of the sample data was carried out.At the same time,SPSS 20.0 software was used to analyze the relationship among variables,the regression relationship,the intermediary effect of direct leadership of humility and the adjustment of proactive personality effect confirmed that the senior leadership humility tendency through direct leadership of the role of humble mediation has a positive impact on the degree of employee pleasure and encourage employees to take more help and voice behaviors and other initiatives,emphasized in this.The negative regulation of the proactive personality under the influence mechanism provides a reference for management practice.
