Research On Industrial Stricture And Relevance Of China's Regional S&T Service Industry Based On I-O Analysis

With the advent of the technology era and the expanding trend of globalization,China's economic development has entered a new status.Along with the supply side and other series policies,the economic growth has been transferred from high speed to medium and low speed,and the adjustment and upgrade of industrial structure has entered a new historical stage.Considering of the vast territory of China,with different resources and environment forming the industrial structure development model with obvious regional characteristics,the development trend of industrial geographic differentiation is more profound.In the context of economic globalization,industrial development of various countries has become polarized,and developed countries have dominated the global economy with cutting-edge technology and research results.Therefore,the technical industry strategic position represented by the technology service industry is prominent.It is an important issue for research of future industry that to adjust the development of industrial structure to technology,efficiency,and improve the relevance of technology service industry and other departments.Based on combining the theory and practice,the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,using the latest input and output data of China district in 2012,which been divided into north,northeast,east,south,southwest,northwest of six large area by administrative code respectively.Through the different of industrial structure and linkage between all regional of China,to comparative researching the different of science and technology service industry development.Hoping to give the advice of the science and technology service industry structure upgrade in future.From the analysis of the differences in industrial structure of the regional technology services industry,the research is carried out from three aspects as industrial macro index,production efficiency and MDS different.Firstly,select five macro indexes to analyze the regional technology service industry,the result displayed the different between each region of science and technology service industry existed were significant.The industry characteristics of the rest of the region is lacked regularity.Based on the analysis to study the differences between regions;Secondly,The DEA model is built with the production efficiency of regional science and technology service industry in our country's using by comparative analysis,the results indicate the regional science and technology service industry has not been the production efficiency of frontier and present a regional imbalance state.Through the comprehensive analysis of various characteristics,it is believed that there are some differences in the industrial structure of the regional technology services industry in China at the present stage.Based on the above analysis,the difference of the industrial structure of the interregional science and technology service industry is introduced by the multi-dimensional scaling method(MDS).According to the results,the regional technology services industrial structure of east,north,south area shows significant difference.The technology services industrial structure of northwest,southwest and northeast which are the less developed region of China shows a lot similarities.As concerned of the comparative analysis of difference of regional science and technology service industry,from the final demand induced effect,cross correlation response,and correlation ripple effects,than integrate the various industry correlation effect to build 3 d coordinate diagram,define the vector distance to analysis the differences of regional science and technology service industry association of China.First of all,analysis input-output model through the regional science and technology service industry compared with other sectors and regional science and technology service industry respectively to compare the two direction of industry difference is comparative analysis.Get in under the industrial structure of our country still is given priority to with the second industry,the third industry group's influence on the changes in the national economic production and induction are yet to be promoted,and the regional science and technology service industry influence coefficient difference compared with the
