Risk Assessment Of Marine Logistics Between Thailand And Northeast China

With the advancement of "One Belt and One Road" policy and the establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area(CAFTA),Sino-Thai bilateral trade has been increasing continually.Thailand is famous for its rich tropical agricultural products.There has been frequent trading between Thailand and some big cities in China.The development of trade in fruits and vegetables can not be separated from the support of logistics.China and Thailand have been continuously devoting themselves to improving the logistics network between the two countries.With the concerted efforts of the two governments,great achievements have been made in the development of waterways,land transport and aviation,Which created favorable conditions for China and Thailand to create an environment conducive to mutually beneficial development in economy and trade.Based on the research on the current status of fruit and vegetable logistics in China and Thailand,this article finds that at present,the main mode of fruit and vegetable logistics transportation between China and Thailand is shipping transportation.However,due to the complexity of the maritime transport system and the large number of links,the accidents of shipping safety and the loss of quality of fruits and vegetables took place in the maritime logistics between China and Thailand.Therefore,in order to improve the reliability and safety of fruit and vegetable maritime logistics between China and Thailand and to obtain the maximum economic benefits,the risk assessment of fruit and vegetable sea freight logistics must be carried out.Firstly,the risk assessment index of marine cold chain logistics between Thailand and northeast China is qualitatively and quantitatively researched.Then,Analytical Hierarchy Process and Evidential Reasoning Theory(AHP + ERA)is used to establish the evaluation model,and then we selected case studies in Thailand and the Northeast China Fruit and Vegetable maritime logistics.Currently,Chinese central government offers preferential policies,namely "Free Trade Area in Liaoning Province" and "The Cooperation between developed cities in the southeastern part of China and developing cities in Northeast China",etc.Chinese government attaches much importance on promoting economic development in the Northeastern area of China,known as China's Old Heavy Industrial Base and Big Granary,where it has become one of the most potential regions for the development of economy in China.Meanwhile,with the development of cross-border e-commerce,transaction data show that the demand for Thai fruits and vegetables in Northeast China is increasing.This article selected case studies in Thailand and the Northeast China maritime logistics fruits and vegetables,it has important practical significance for promoting the development of maritime logistics between.In the case study,this paper firstly studied the status and existing problems of fruit and vegetable logistics in Northeast China and Thailand,then processed the evaluation index data obtained,and then built a risk evaluation model with IDS software to carry out risk assessment.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the risk level and risk factors of Marine cold-chain logistics in Thailand and northeast China are given,and the corresponding risk control scheme is put forward.
