Research On The Evolution Mechanism Of China 'S Incubator Business Model Based On Self-Organization Theory

Business incubator is of great significance to reduce the risk of business enterprise management,promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and speed up the process of technology commercialization.However,there are still many problems to be solved in the process of rapid development,the business model provides a systematic thinking framework for incubator managers.The main research goal is to explore the evolution process and mechanism of the system with the theory of self-organization,so as to provide a new perspective for the study of incubator business model innovation,to guide for the sustainable development of their own business model for incubator managers.Firstly,it summarizes the current research situation of domestic and foreign incubator business model,defining the connotation of incubator business model evolution.Based on China's national conditions,it puts forward the complex system structure of incubator business model and the composition of the main object in china.From the perspective of value creation mechanism,the business model of China's incubator is regarded as a complex system composed of the value proposition subsystem,the value creation subsystem,the value transfer subsystem and the value realization of the four subsystems,and it points out the system of political,economic and social cultural environment.Based on the theory of self organization,that openness,non-equilibrium,nonlinear and random fluctuation is the evolution of the conditions for business model system incubator.Excavating organizational change,capital and technology is the main internal driving force for the evolution of China's incubator business model.Market demand,competitive pressure and government influence are three important external driving forces.Based on the analysis of the evolution conditions and the driving force,this paper analyzes the process of self-organization evolution of China's incubator business model.On the basis of the theoretical analysis,the statistics of the incubators of 30 provinces and cities were obtained from the torch center of the Ministry of Science and Technology,and the trial and the order parameters of the Haken model were identified.Get the order parameter to dominate the incubator business model from disorder to order,from low to high evolution,finding the critical point of evolution and the synergies between subsystems,summarizing the evolution equation of Chinese incubator businessmodel,and derived the potential function and curve description,quantitative analysis of the evolution of China's incubator business model mechanism.Finally,it gives the policy recommendations to promote the evolution of incubator business model in China.
