Research On The Social Responsibility Of State-owned Commercial Banks

State-owned commercial banks in the development process,bear an important social responsibility for China's overall economic development have played a certain role in promoting.In the course of operation,the state-owned commercial banks need to bear certain economic responsibility,moral responsibility and legal and charitable responsibilities,and need to maintain the stable development of the current economic market,provide a good monetary base to protect the construction of economic market laws and regulations,Support the construction of our infrastructure and the development of charity events.State-owned commercial banks belong to the state-controlled banks,and they have important responsibilities and obligations to strengthen their research on the fulfillment of social responsibility of state-owned commercial banks.This paper mainly analyzes the social responsibility undertaken by the development of state-owned commercial banks.However,there are some problems in the process of social responsibility,and it is of certain significance to analyze these problems.In the process of writing,this paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research,inductive summary method and so on.The main contents of this paper include four aspects:First,the investigation and analysis of the status quo of social responsibility of state-owned commercial banks Economic responsibility,legal responsibility,moral responsibility,charitable responsibility of four aspects of analysis;Secondly,it summarizes the existing problems in the process of fulfilling the social responsibility of state-owned commercial banks and finds out the reasons of their problems.It mainly explores two aspects:internal motivation and external motivation.Thirdly,it analyzes the experience of social responsibility of domestic and foreign commercial banks,introduces the advantages of the social responsibility of domestic and foreign commercial banks,sums up the reference to the state-owned commercial banks;fourthly,according to the state-owned commercial Bank social responsibility in the process of implementation of the reasons for the existence of solutions to develop measures to better play the role of state-owned commercial banks social responsibility.
