Research On The Optimization Of Agricultural Product Logistics Management Based On Time Cost Analysis

In order to accelerate the development of agricultural modernization and promote the new urbanization,it is urgent to establish an efficient circulation system for agricultural products.To strengthen the logistics management of agricultural products,it is important to reduce the logistics cost of agricultural products and improve the value-added capacity of the logistics link,and it is also needed to promote the rapid development of the logistics of agricultural products.But at present,the logistics management of agricultural products is limited to the traditional logistics cost management which is neglecting the time cost of agricultural products logistics activities,so the management effect is very little.At the same time,the research on time cost of agricultural products logistics activities is only limited to a logistics optimization in China,which is not considering the perspective of time value to study the logistics management of agricultural products.Based on those background,this paper relies on the National Social Science Foundation Project "Under new urbanization of agricultural products logistics system innovation and development strategy-Study on the development of modern logistics of agricultural products under the new urbanization",with the time cost as the starting point of the research of agricultural products logistics activities,and logistics for agricultural products management suggestions.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Analyzing the time characteristics and time value of agricultural products logistics activities,and concluding the time cost of agricultural products logistics can be brought more by compressing,extending and regulating the time of agricultural products logistics.Meanwhile,the time cost of different kinds of agricultural products logistics activities.By managing and controlling the time costs can create value for agricultural products business,and bring benefits.(2)Constructing the logical model and mathematical model of time costing,quantifying the time cost by means of accounting,and aiding the research on the time cost of agricultural products logistics activities;taking H agricultural products company as the empirical research object,accounting the time in logistics activities Cost,through the analysis of its logistics operations put forward the optimization proposal,verified the feasibility and practicability of the management of the time cost of logistics activities.(3)According to the analysis of the value,the time cost of agricultural products logistics activity time,the paper optimized from two aspects:on the one hand,optimization analysis on agricultural products logistics,proposed by improving the efficiency of logistics operations,logistics and storage technology,information management level and so on to compression,extension and reasonable control of logistics operation time can create more value for the enterprises of agricultural products;on the other hand,according to the different types of agricultural products logistics activities,the joint distribution of origin,pre cooling optimization of agricultural product logistics management suggestions for the enterprises of agricultural products,agricultural products to improve the management level of enterprise logistics.This paper has two innovations:firstly,this paper introduces the time cost into the logistics management of agricultural products and analyzes the time cost of agricultural products logistics activities from the perspective of value creation,and constructs the time cost accounting model to assist the analysis.Controlling and managing the time cost can bring more value to the agricultural product enterprise.Secondly,based on the analysis of time value and time cost,this paper analyzes the optimization of time compression type,time extension type and time regulation type logistics operation respectively For different types of agricultural products logistics activities proposed in the storage,production pre cooling and common delivery management optimization suggestions.
