In recent years,the state has issued a number of policies to encourage the development of tourism,and the people's willingness to travel has increased,therefore the tourism market in China has continued to warm up.In such a favorable political and economic background,coupled with the boost of mobile Internet,the tourism APP has a great development space,and the users'demands and requirements are constantly improving.How to take advantage of the boom of tourism industry and grasp the users' psychology and demand,the tourism APP can better serve tourists and even stimulate tourism consumption demand,which is the focus of tourism APP research and development.Based on in-depth analysis background environment,reading comprehension of classical literature and relevant theories,this paper has used a large number of interview data to screen out the investigation factors influencing user satisfaction and the comprehensive design questionnaire.Respectively through the data reliability and validity of inspection and related analysis,canonical correlation analysis of the relationship between the variables and factor analysis,inductive obtains satisfaction appraisal dimensions.On this basis,the users of the questionnaire collect the expected value and actual experience value through the questionnaire,combine the expected difference model,conduct quantitative study on each dimension index,and finally construct the national tourism APP user satisfaction evaluation system.
