With the transfer of the global economic center,the establishment of regional economic cooperation mechanism has become the main method for the sovereign state to cope with the fierce economic competition.The more mature regional cooperation organizations in the world include the EU,the North American Free Trade Area and the ASEAN.As the most rapidly developing region of the current international economy,East Asia has achieved economic achievements not only with the efforts of the countries themselves,but also from the close economic cooperation among the countries in the region.However,the East Asian region has not formed a formal regional cooperation mechanism including most countries in East Asia.If some breakthroughs are made in the construction of the mechanism,it is believed that the economic development of the East Asian countries will be greatly assisted.As a country with the strongest comprehensive strength in East Asia,China's economic development and security depend on the security of the surrounding environment,the construction of the economic cooperation mechanism in East Asia and take the responsibility of the leading country should be the strategic choice of China.
