The hotels for government affairs are the main carrier of the official activities for the state-owned enterprises and the party and government offices.The introduction of the “Eight rules and Six items” and other policies,has further standardized the consumption of local officials.For instance,the compression of the duration of the session,the restrictions on funds,the requirement of hospitality discipline and the control of standards have a great influence on the market environment of government affairs.In order to adapt to the situation,the hotels for government affairs change their business direction and open a door to the business fields.However,taken the general lack of marketing awareness for competition and marketing strategy,and some series of institutional mechanisms and other reasons into consideration,its transformation and development shoulder heavy responsibilities.Taking H Hotel as the research object,this thesis analyzes from the perspective of the hotel management mode,the current organization structure,the existing product mix and the current marketing method and so on.H hotel also has some problems in the process of transformation and development.Combining with market change and customer demand and based on 4C and 4P theory,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of H Hotel are systematically analyzed and summarized using of SWOT analysis method,which can help H hotel have a clear market position and make achievements from hotel product development to customer satisfaction.Under the premise of customer-centered and market-oriented,efforts have been made to formulate marketing strategies that are in accordance with H hotel in terms of hotel products,prices,channels,and promotions.In the end,the maximization of the comprehensive benefit of the hotel can be realized and the marketing task of the hotel can be maintained by establishing the proper hotel marketing concept.
