Research On Enterprise Strategic Management Innovation Driven By Supply-side Reform

In the 2015,the leaders of the party and the state faced the development of the new normal economy,and put forward the strategic policy of "structural reform of supply-side" for the first time,which signifies that the country will improve the quality and efficiency of supply system as the trend and the focus of macroeconomic regulation and control in the future.This new management concept not only helps to solve the dilemma of our country's economic development,but also provides a new way to solve the problems of overcapacity,shortage of resources and high cost.The fundamental purpose of the supply-side reform is to improve the independent innovation ability of the enterprises and to improve the efficiency of all factors in enterprises in order to enhance the vitality of the enterprises and reduce the dislocations of the supply and demand of the products on the market.But for a long time,many enterprises in our country have focused their strategic attention on the external market,ignoring the internal innovation and development,resulting in less effective supply of the enterprises,and it is difficult to meet the increasing consumer demand such real problem.Even appear the excess of output,the cost more high and the short of recource such problem which seriously restrict the development of enterprises.However,at present,the new driving force of supply-side reform has not been included in the research on strategic management innovation,and many enterprises are not deeply aware of the idea of supply management.Based on the above background and reasons,this paper puts forward the research of enterprise strategic management innovation driven by the supply-side reform.The focus of this study is to analyze the direction of enterprise strategic management innovation driven by the supply-side reform and the Countermeasures of enterprises,which will help our enterprises to better understand the opportunities brought by the external institutional environment for the enterprises.If the enterprise can take the new opportunity of the supply-side reform,with the aim of "improving the efficiency of resource allocation and improving the quality of the product",the innovation of the original strategic management of the enterprise will help the enterprise to realize the sustainable development.To better achieve strategic management innovation,and ultimatelyenhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.This paper focuses on the environmental background of the supply-side reform,combines the theory of enterprise resource ability,the theory of executive cognition and the theory of enterprise strategic behavior,and analyzes the reasons and directions of the innovation of enterprise strategic management under the background of the new environment,as well as the specific subject of action and action strategy.In the past,the reasons for the innovation of enterprise strategic management are attributed to the different external enterprises.This paper analyzes the reasons for the strategic management innovation driven by the supply-side reform from two aspects of the internal and external,and effectively explains the substantial reasons that the same environment will produce different driving forces for different enterprises.Secondly,the relationship between the supply-side reform and the enterprise strategic management innovation is not only the extension and development of the related theories,but also to some extent,it provides some reference and reference for the enterprise to achieve strategic management innovation.
