Research On R&D Process Optimization Of SaaS Enterprise Based On DMAIC Model

The 5th generation communication technology largely boosts the cloud services along with the development of the Internet industry,the Saa S industry is blooming as well.In modern office,all kinds of software system functions are more and more powerful,more and more refined.However,with the increase of labor costs,more and more digitalized enterprises give up their own research and development software,and turn to more professional,lower cost and more convenient Saa S services,thus reducing operating costs and focusing on the development of core advantages.Research on R&D process optimization in Saa S industry has practical and theoretical significance.The traditional R&D process cannot meet the rapidly changing demands of Saa S industry,and the cumbersome R&D process of many enterprises has become a constraint to its development.However,the current research on the Saa S industry is mostly focused on marketing strategy or financial management,and there is a lack of research on the optimization of the R&D process of Saa S enterprises.DMAIC model,as the essence of six Sigma management,used to be widely applied in the manufactory industry and obviously brought economic benefits to the business communities.In recent years,there are many academic studies and practical cases in many aspects of IT industry.This paper combines IT R&D process optimization with DMAIC model and applies IT to Saa S enterprises.Starting from the present situation of DSC company,combining with the method and theory of process optimization,on the company’s research and development process to explore and research,to develop the optimization goal,to analyze the critical questions in the R&D process.By surveying the outstanding development model to provide executable solutions,control,optimize,and achieved some results.Compared with the improvement before,DSC company in the same basic investment in the same situation,improve the efficiency,improve the quality of software,saving precious time and research and development resources.This study verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of DMAIC model in Saa S enterprise applications.The study provides some suggestions to optimize the R&D process in Saa S companies.Combining the actual situation of the case project,the company’s strategy,technology application and R&D process closely,the study put forward bringing in the “two-speed IT” mode to accelerate the efficiency of R&D,and also elevate the software quality.Meanwhile,it offers support and reference for other Saa S enterprises in R&D process optimization.
