With the rapid development of the economy,the demand for the consumer's response to the product and the quality of service is getting higher and higher.And logistics is the fundamental factor to meet the above requirements.So improving the efficiency of logistics and reducing the cost of logistics are the main objectives of the research.But the research content of production logistics is relatively lack.There is still a lot of room for promotion.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the distribution process of raw materials and auxiliary materials in S company's cigarette production.The purpose of the study is to realize the punctual delivery of the raw materials.There will be no problem of material surplus,shortage of material,vehicle congestion,and distribution error and so on.The main research project is to optimize the distribution process and establish distribution model.Optimizing the distribution process is mainly to increase the allocation of the link.The distribution area is used as the starting point of distribution.And the distribution area is divided into areas,each vehicle is distributed in a fixed area.The model takes the shortest production cycle as the objective function.The production cycle is set according to the integer times of the production rhythm.The following conditions are as follows:the area volume is less than the regional capacity,and the carrying rate is greater than 70%.The sum of the distribution periods of all the stations in the region is less than the production cycle,and the shortest production cycle that meets the requirements is obtained.The types and quantities of material distribution,distribution cycle and distribution vehicles calculated under the production cycle are the distribution rules.Then,this paper makes a mathematical expression of the actual production situation of S company.The optimal production cycle is 5040s(about 1.4h).Then it compares the original distribution mode and the present distribution mode from three aspects:the number of vehicles,the carrying capacity of vehicles and the utilization rate of distribution vehicles.The distribution vehicles were reduced by 5,the average vehicle carrying rate increased by 16%,and the vehicle utilization rate increased by 14%.It is verified that the optimized distribution model has improved more than before.Finally,the type and quantity of the required raw materials have been determined.The best way of matching is given in this paper.The types,quantity and placement of the material on the tray are stipulated in order to make the maximum carrying capacity of the vehicle.
