Analysis Of The Relationship Between Urbanization And Industrialization In Kunming

For a developing agricultural country,urbanization and industrialization have always been one of the main tasks of China's economic and social development and an important symbol of the economic and social development of a country or a region.The society must undergo urbanization and industrialization in the process of economic development.Both of them are like the two wings of a bird in the historical process of social development.The balance and coordination relationship between the two will help our country's social economy achieve sustainable development and improve its economic quality.Industrialization is the economic content of urbanization,and urbanization is the material form of industrialization.The two have shown a relationship of mutual connection,mutual influence,and mutual restraint.The nineteen major reports of the Party pointed out that the new industrialization,informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization are developing simultaneously in the process of social and economic development.Since the sixteen Congress of the party,the new industrialization has been put forward every time to the nineteen largest party,which is enough to show the significance of the new industrialization.In the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,China's economy is in a new normal stage.Understanding the characteristics of the new normal,not only the pursuit of speed growth is more important is the pursuit of high-quality development,the need to change the previous development model,continuously adjust the industrial structure,and then improve the growth momentum.The nineteen major reports of the party clearly point out that the economic transformation of our country needs to be developed in a high quality direction.Combined with the current structural reform of the supply side and the "2025 planning in China",it is an important strategy to promote the social and economic development of our country,and puts forward higher requirements for the urbanization and industrial construction and development of our country.In recent years,with the continuous advancement of industrialization andmarketization in China,the significance of industry and cities for economic development has been continuously strengthened,the connotation of industrialization and urbanization has been constantly updated,and the understanding of the relationship between new-type urbanization and industrialization is also constantly changing and deepening.The research on the relationship between urbanization and industrialization has always been the focus of attention in a regional or regional economy.This paper takes Kunming City as the research object,taking the migration of population as the perspective,combing the development process and mutual influence of Kunming City's urbanization and industrialization.Based on the related theories of urbanization and industrialization,VAR and VEC models were established,and the interrelation between urbanization and industrialization development was analyzed.We find the interaction mechanism between urbanization and industrialization in Kunming,find out the main problems that affect the coordinated development of the two,draw lessons from the development experience of the developed countries,and combine the actual situation of Kunming,and put forward some suggestions on the coordinated development of urbanization and industrialization in Kunming.Research shows that: 1.since the reform and opening up,Kunming's urbanization has shown a good momentum of development.2.The urbanization and industrialization development of Kunming are interrelated.From 1978 to 2004,the urbanization rate of Kunming has increased steadily.In 2003,the strategic thought of industrial strong city put forward by Kunming city has promoted urbanization into the period of rapid development,and the development of industrialization has an obvious promoting effect on the elevation of the level of urbanization.3.From the perspective of industrialization,the overall development of industrialization in Kunming is in a state of growth,and the industrial structure has been continuously optimized,but there have also been slight fluctuations.Despite the reform and opening up to 2004,the proportion of the second industry employment in Kunminghas been decreasing.However,the output value of the second industry has increased rapidly,indicating that its industrial structure and production efficiency have been constantly improving.4.the urbanization and industrialization of Kunming are all positive development,but because of the industrial structure and industrial base,the number of employment in the second industry is relatively stable,and it has weakened the driving effect of industry to the development of the city.Based on the above analysis,the policy suggestions proposed in this paper are as follows: 1.Strengthen the coordinated and interactive development of urban and rural coordination;2.play the role of the government's rational control;3.play the role of urban agglomeration;4.Promote mutual development between industry and urbanization;5.create a good ecological city;6.continuous improvement of the urban spatial layout;7.tamping urban base Infrastructure construction,and establishing the material foundation for supporting urban development.
