Since the reform and opening up,the pharmaceutical industry has developed rapidly while China has vigorously developed its economy.The entire pharmaceutical industry grew 17.7 percent annually.Because of the great influence of medicine on People's Daily life,the value of this industry is determined.With the rapid development of technology and the rapid development of drugs,the development of scientific research has become an important part of the industry.Competition in the industry is intensifying.People cannot live without medicine,and also lay the foundation for the development of medicine industry.In the past 30 years,China has become one of the fastest developing medical countries in the world.The pharmaceutical industry is an important part of our national economy,the pharmaceutical industry to protect and improve people's health,improve their quality of life,for family planning,disaster prevention,military combat readiness,and promote economic development and social progress plays an important role.The development of medicine industry in our country is more stable,which makes the competition of pharmaceutical enterprises more and more fierce.Full of opportunities and challenges.Pharmaceutical companies should not only resist the impact of external competitors,but also accelerate their competitiveness and management ability.The competitiveness of enterprises lies mainly in products and personnel.Therefore,if we improve the production efficiency of enterprises,reducing the cost is a difficult problem that enterprises need to solve in the long run.Performance management system is an enterprise human resources management essential link,not only can help enterprises to arouse the enthusiasm of employees,and can also eliminate some bottom staff,long term to reduce the company's human resources cost.Performance management is a double-edged sword,if proper management can help enterprises to enhance the core competitiveness,but if use must not when,not only cannot help enterprises to enhance the ability of management and also a waste of human resources cost.YL products have been recognized by sellers and can bring good economic benefits to enterprises.However,in recent years,the number of complaints from customers to sales staff has increased,the enthusiasm of employees has decreased,and the number of new customers has gradually decreased.Many salespeople,in pursuit of high returns,ignore corporate reputation and costs and reduce corporate profits.Therefore,in order to improve the sales performance,it is necessary to correct the improper behavior of sales staff and improve the staffs working enthusiasm.Based on YL pharmaceutical enterprises as the research object,this paper through the questionnaire survey method,to understand the enterprise internal management environment,to analyze the present situation of the enterprise performance management,waiting to identify the cause of the main causes of this situation,thus to put forward the perfect measures on the reason and solution.It can not only help enterprises to better manage loopholes in management,but also help enterprises to establish a performance management system suitable for their own development and enhance their competitiveness.
