From the last 10 years of last century,ICT evolutional development has greatly changed the world,company competition model and way of living has qualitatively different with before,and the world has become informative and networked.Together with the combination of communication industry and internet industry,a totally new industry has exists and grow up under the radical change of mobile device,mobile network and apps.At the end of 2008,Executive meeting of the State Council has agree to provide the license plate of 3G(3rd generation),the bottle neck of the co-work between communication industry and mobile internet industry has mostly disappeared.In 2009,Ministry of Industry and Information Technology gave the 3G license brand to China Mobile,China Unicom and China Telecom,and China has become part of 3G world.In 2015,Premier Li Keqiang has raised up "internet plus" officially,internet industry has become part of country strategy development.After the reform and open,socialist economic system has become improved and perfect,companies are playing more and more important role in current competition.Under the development of ICT,evolutional information exchange has soon become worldwide,competitive power is related to company fate and has become more and more focus by scholar.As the trend of integration of world economy has become more and more obvious and the boundary of industry has become more and more blurry,the way of competition has grown into business ecosystem from traditional competition.In order to live,company need to develop own business ecosystem or find the right position of big ecosystem to give more to the consumer.And competition power is much related to the setup of a business ecosystem.In this article,ICT theory,company competition theory and ecosystem theory is collected to dig out the relationship between competition and business ecosystem,using LeTV ecosystem as example.
