The Measurement And Characteristic Of Labor Spatial Mismatch In China

Our country has many power resources,resource configuration is reasonable or not is one of the important factors of economic development in our country,and is an important part of the resources of labor resources,labor resources reasonable allocation of various fields in our country is to make the premise of economic operation is more stable and effective,but in terms of labor configuration status quo of our country,although in most of the second industry and the third industry in China in recent years,with the rapid development,labor moving from primary industry to secondary industry and tertiary industry,but the proportion of labor force and the first industry is still far more than the second industry and other industries.In recent years,the research results show that labor resources wrong matching of deepening economic efficiency,the current distortion degree of Labour market largely indicates the potential of the future development of Chinese economic efficient.Through the construction of theoretical model,this paper selects the economic data from 2000 to 2016,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the labor mismatch situation of China’s three major industries.By estimating the elements of different industries output elasticity estimates the points industry and region mismatch degree of labor force,and by building the bayesian hierarchical model of time and space,studies our country labor mismatch characteristics of mismatch in different regions.The conclusion is as follows :(1)the labor mismatch level of the first industry is the highest,which is significantly higher than the other two industries,and the total number of labor mismatch is decreasing year by year.Amount of Labour mismatch is low,the second industry and labor configuration for most regions is still less than the equilibrium configuration,will look from time mismatch quantity increases after the first decreases,outer-plane and development.The third industry shows a more obvious shortage of labor factors,and the number of labor mismatches is decreased and then increased.(2)for the eastern region,the demand for labor in the third industry in the eastern region is increasing.For the central and western regions,the surplus labor of the first industry is decreasing,but the labor gap between the second and tertiary industries is still very large.(3)for the first industry,the distribution characteristics of the cold,hot and warm points in China’s labor mismatch are not obvious,and the temperature point area coversmost of our country.Hot spots are mostly agricultural regions.For the second industry,labor mismatch degree is higher than the overall level of the country’s hot spots are mainly concentrated in the central and southwest of the second industry is relatively developed areas,cold spot area mainly concentrated in beijing-tianjin-hebei,and in the western region,warm spot area mainly concentrated in north China and northwest,and southwest part of the province.For the third industry,labor mismatch degree is higher than the overall level of the country’s hot spots are mainly concentrated in central and eastern coastal areas,cold spot area mainly concentrated in the third industry is relatively developed in the western region.
