A Study On Vertical Integration Of Farmers' Cooperatives

At present,China's agriculture still faces some serious problems,such as modernization,scale and industrialization.The development of other countries in the world shows that in order to achieve the breakthrough development of agriculture,it is necessary to reform the form of farmers' organization.Cooperative is one of the most important links.The case of international cooperative practice shows that the integration of cooperatives and the integration and collectivization of cooperatives can realize the scale,industrialization and modernization of agriculture as a whole,and eventually lead to the development of regional economy.Through the observation and comparison of the current situation of farmers' professional cooperatives at home and abroad,it is found that the farmers' professional cooperatives in the world are mainly from the vertical integration to a wider range of lateral Union,from the simple labor union to the joint development of labor and capital.The organizational structure of farmers' professional cooperatives is responsible for the future industrialization and marketization of China's agriculture.The key to the fundamental solution of the "three rural" issues is whether the cooperatives can develop strong and large scale.Compared with the development process of international cooperatives,farmers' professional cooperatives in China are still very backward.There are still many problems in terms of organizational structure,internal management and external extension.Farmers' professional cooperatives in China are still in a very small scale.We must gather these scattered cooperatives through horizontal integration and vertical integration to produce industrial agglomeration effect.In the future,we believe there will be many practical difficulties in the construction and development of farmers' professional cooperatives,but the trend of integration is that we must face up to it.In the face of the current fierce competition in the international market,the market continues to internationalize and informationalize,and the competition in agricultural products market is becoming more and more intense.The domestic cooperation organization needs to break through the original framework and make breakthroughs in the integrated operation.It will connect all the links in the agricultural industry chain and form a complete industrial chain,so as to achieve the goal of achieving the three level.Farmers' professional cooperatives in China are generally not standardized in organizational construction,inflexible in operation mechanism,low in operation quality,short in industrial chain,and poor in resisting risks.They cannot carry the development of modern agriculture.By expanding membership scale,expanding business scope,extending industrial chain,reducing transaction costs,increasing profit margins of cooperatives,enhancingcompetitiveness in the market and giving full play to the driving role of farmers,it is the way for cooperatives to develop in the future.Domestic research on vertical integration of farmers' professional cooperatives is still not enough.Based on the research of farmers' professional cooperatives,this paper analyzes the vertical integration of farmers' professional cooperatives from two aspects: Theory and practice.This paper studies the vertical integration of farmers' professional cooperatives according to the following order: first,systematize the literature theory at home and abroad,and summarize and analyze the vertical integration of farmers' professional cooperatives.Two,the relevant concepts involved are clearly defined,and through the analysis and summary,the relevant theories of the vertical integration of the farmers' professional cooperatives are drawn.Three.Analyses and generalizes the forms and patterns of farmers' professional cooperatives and the types and patterns of vertical integration.Four,we use the analytic hierarchy process to construct the measurement system,and use the Delphy expert method to determine the weight of the index.Five,taking the aquaculture cooperatives in Yuhuan city of Zhejiang Province as a template,the problems in aquaculture in Yuhuan were analyzed.The vertical integration level of aquaculture cooperatives in Yuhuan was determined by the constructed measurement model,and the above results were analyzed,and policy recommendations were given.Six.A series of studies are summarized,conclusions are summarized,and the innovation in this study is explained and further research is needed.
