In the Internet age,employee loss of Internet Company is more serious due to the industry trait,with other problems appearing like paying higher costs.Q Company is one of such kind of internet companies which are facing these problems.The research object of this paper is the Internet industry enterprises especially Q company as example.The status analysis of human resources management of Q Company has a representative in the Internet industry,and the company's staff loss problem is also universal.To understand the present turnover management institutions of Internet industry better,identifying the relationship between staff of internet industry and turnover management of internet companies,the paper is written by literature survey and questionnaire investigation,for discovering the leak of turnover management and proving the importance of turnover management as the solution of reducing employee loss,further speaking,the foundation and basis of designing a practical and effective proposal of turnover management.The problem diagnosis of staff loss reflects the motivation of turnover management being not clear,without the sound warning mechanism of talent loss and short of strong management of employee career life cycle.Therefore,the paper puts forward the design scheme as follows:1st.Set up the position of turnover management and accomplish writing the turnover communication regulation.2nd.optimize the warning system,adjust the warning strategy and strengthen the risk management.3rd.Improve the company's different life stages sequence and professional rank evaluation management based on the professional staff design the multi-level classification training plan,and perfect the staff share grant system.
