With the rapidly development and widespread use of modern information and communication technology,the efficiency and quality of work and the convenience of life are constantly improving.However,the development of information technology is too fast for employees to adapt,and therefore,which will be negative effect to employees.Information techno-stress is defined as any negative impact on physiological,psychological and behavioral that is caused directly or indirectly by information technology.Enterprises use advanced information technology for reducing costs and improving efficiency,but once the information techno-stress seriously affects employees' psychosomatic health,it will hinder the development of enterprises.This study was based on the theory of “Stressor-Stress-Outcome”,combined with Person-Environment Fit theory and Cognitive Interaction theory,analyzed the influence factors of Information techno-stress,that is,the composition of the Information techno-stressors and the influence mechanism of information techno-stress on employees' work outcomes.The research data were collected through questionnaire survey to enterprises`employees,structural equation model and hierarchical regression model was building,the study found that: information techno-overload,information techno-invasion,information techno-complexity,information techno-insecurity and information techno-uncertainty were significantly predictive of information techno-stress.Information techno-stress negatively affects employees' job satisfaction and organizational commitment,and positively influences employee turnover intention.Further analysis shows that there is indirect relationship between information techno-stress and work outcomes based on work stress as a mediator.Finally,recommends that enterprises pay more attention to the influence of information techno-stress,meanwhile,by increasing the information technology support,establishing effective incentive mechanism,and arranging staff workload reasonable to reduce the negative effect of information techno-stress on work outcomes.The employee assistance program is introduced to help employees better manage information techno-stress,helping employees to use information technology in a healthy way to improve enterprise efficiency.
