After the reform and opening,a large number of rural labors come to the cities for working,which formed a large group of migrant workers.With the development of economy,the speeding up of industrialization,the group of migrant workers goes from strength to strength.The new generation migrant workers after born in 1980 gradually become the backbone force of migrant workers employment.The main purpose of the new generation migrant workers is earninghigherwage income,improving the living standards,their cultural level compared to the older generation of migrant workers is higher,the willing of migrant workers merging into cities is stronger.Wage income is the most important factors influencing the migrant workers merging into cities.The wage income of new generation migrant workers holds a large proportion in total household income,its importance is more and more prominent,the reactive social problem is becoming more and more serious,including the contradiction between the wage income and the rising cost of living.Based on the two economic structures of urban and rural areas,supply and demand structure and other external objective factors,the city has not agree with the identity of the new generation migrant workers,and then the own characteristics of new generation migrant workers,hinder the improvement of the wage level.Through one hand survey data to analyze the characteristics of new generation migrant workers,understand the present situation of new generation migrant workers' income.Considering the income level of new generation migrant workers not only affected by the individual's own characteristics,also under the influence of regional economic development level.According the present situation of the new generation migrant workers to select variable indicators,analyzing its impact on the income of the new generation migrant workers,the level of regional economic development as a basis for the hierarchical,building the hierarchical linear model,random effects model and complete model,to research area economic development factor for income whether there was a significant effect.The research results show that:(1)The income disparity of new generation migrant workers gets bigger and bigger,income distribution is not uniform,high and low monthly income phenomenon is more serious;The absolute income gap of new generation migrant workers is also very big.(2)The effect of new generation migrant workers' skills,work experience,the nature of employment unit on the income is remarkable,however,the education through improving the learning ability and knowledge of new generation migrant workers,indirect promote their income,the impact on the income is not significant.(3)The effect of new generation migrant workers' skills,work experience on the income has regional differences,and the per capita GDP and the proportion of the industrial structure these two index reflecting regional difference has a significant influence on the regional differences of working memory.
