Research On The Development Model Of "Satellite Town"

Since 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has proposed"the national new urbanization plan(2014-2020 years)",the construction of large cities in China is becoming more and more perfect.The key period of the gradual deepening of the construction of small and medium-sized towns and villages,the reform and development of the construction mode of small towns in various regions has become the focus of the well-off society in our country.In the new era,the development of small towns requires a rough model which is different from the traditional urban population growth and economic development.It is a comprehensive and modern town construction in five fields,which is carried out synchronously from agriculture,industry,information technology,social governance and people's livelihood projects.Under this background,the traditional small town development model cannot meet the needs of the market economy in the new era and adapt to the lifestyle of the modern people.On the one hand,it is the transformation of the modern social production mode and the living culture of the residents.On the other hand,it is the plight of the closed development logic in the construction of the traditional small towns.Therefore,the most important thing in the construction of small towns is to accurately grasp the laws and trends of the development of new urbanization in China."Satellite town" is a new attempt for the development model of small towns in the construction of modern cities,and the research of its specific mode is also a new field of exploration in the academic circle.Therefore,from the perspective of urban sociology,this paper tries to sort out the research results of the development of small towns and "satellite towns" at home and abroad through the literature research method,to understand the origin and development of the "satellite town" in theory,and to consolidate the theoretical basis of the "satellite town" model.Secondly,it is based on the new urbanization in China.In order to develop the actual situation,the D Town,Jiangsu Province,which is building the "satellite town" development model,is selected as the research sample.The survey on the geography,population,economy and culture of D town is carried out through the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods.The main measures and performance of the construction of the"satellite town" development model of the town of D are introduced,and then the development of the "satellite town" development model is introduced.The main problems and corresponding reasons in the construction of the "satellite town" model in D town are discussed.Finally,based on Parsons's structural functionalism,combining with the perspective of economics,politics and ecology,this paper analyzes the "satellite town" as a subsystem of the big city circle,and the construction of the "satellite town" model of D town needs social action.In the system,"goal reaching","adaptation","integration" and "mode maintenance" are the four supporting functions to explore the perfect direction of the "satellite town" model,and finally provide reference for the upgrading of the development model of the new town and town in China.
