A Study Of Financial Support In Independent Innovation Of Hefei-Wuhu-bengbu's National Demonstration Zone Enterprises

With the continuous development of the global economy and the acceleration of knowledge spillovers,independent innovation has become the first choice for all countries in the world to enhance their overall national strength and core competitiveness.The level of China's independent innovation has been continuously improved in recent years,showing a good development trend,ranking first in the developing world,but the gap between the developed countries and the new industrialized countries is still large.In the construction of national independent innovation system,enterprises are the main body of independent innovation.To mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprises for independent innovation and improve the ability of independent innovation of enterprises is of great significance to the improvement of China's overall national strength.It is the key to building an innovative country in China.Innovative enterprises are the core technologies with independent intellectual property rights and have the advantage and sustainable development ability in the market competition.They are also the key to the country's ability to improve independent innovation.However,in recent years,most companies in our country have faced many difficulties and obstacles in their own innovation.Among them,the difficulty of financing and insufficient funds are reflected in a more concentrated manner.Therefore,financial support is particularly important for independent innovation of enterprises.On June 8,2016,the State Council issued a document approving the construction of the Hefei-Whhu-Bengbu National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone.Since the launch of the Hefei-Whhu-Bengbu Independent Innovation Comprehensive Supporting Reform Experimental Zone in 2008,the Hefei-Whhu-Bengbu region has achieved fruitful scientific and technological achievements.Industrial achievements,reform achievements,and talent achievements.However,the national independent innovation demonstration zone of Hefei-Whhu-Bengbu is still at the initial stage of development.The development of enterprises in the region,especially innovative ones,faces funding shortage and financing difficulties.The financial support system for independent innovation of enterprises still has many deficiencies.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the status quo and existing problems of financial support in the independent innovation of Hefei-Whhu-Bengbu Demonstration Zone Enterprise for improving the level of independent innovation of the demonstration area enterprises and improving the economic development of the combined regions and Anhui Province.The development of independent innovation of Hefei-Whhu-Bengbu enterprises is reflected in the problem of financing difficulties and insufficient funds.Therefore,financial support is particularly important for independent innovation of enterprises.This article first clarifies the concept and connotation of the independent innovation of the enterprise based on the relevant literature on independent innovation and financial support at home and abroad,and then analyzes the status quo of independent innovation and the status of financial support in the Hefei-Whhu-Bengbu region in recent years.Point out the dilemma of the financial support for the independent innovation of the company.Secondly,on the basis of existing scholars' research and combining actual conditions of independent innovation,four primary indicators and 16 secondary indicators have been constructed from the input and output dimensions.The data comes from the corresponding year's statistics in Anhui Province."Yearbook" and "Anhui Science and Technology Statistical Communiqué" use the entropy method to evaluate and analyze the independent innovation capability of the three cities of Hefei-Whhu-Bengbu during 2010-2016 and come to the conclusion.The research conclusions show that the level of independent innovation in the three cities of Hefei-Whhu-Bengbu needs to be improved,and the financial support for independent innovation of enterprises is inefficient,and it still needs stronger financial support from external economic entities with the government as the main body.Finally,the financial support dilemma for the joint venture's independent innovation is proposed from the aspects of indirect financing service system,direct financing service system and legal and regulatory system.There are still some deficiencies in this article.The construction of the index system is based on the research content of existing scholars.The limited number of indicators can not reflect the independent innovation of the enterprise objectively and comprehensively.
