The power industry is a key and leading industry in the country's economic development strategy.China's thermal power installed capacity ranks first in the world,and the stand-alone capacity also continues to expand.Power generation equipment tends to have high parameters,precision,and digitization.With the reform of the power system,the implementation of direct power supply by large users,vicious competition among power generation companies,and reduction in on-grid tariffs;redundant construction of thermal power companies led to excess production capacity,and unit utilization hours decreased;prices of coal have skyrocketed after capacity reduction,and maintenance costs have increased year by year.Business costs continue to increase.The above factors have caused fierce competition in thermal power companies' markets.How to manage equipment well and maximize the overall efficiency of the equipment,and obtain the maximum economic benefits,are of great significance to the survival and development of thermal power generation companies.Firstly,based on the study of equipment management at home and abroad,the characteristics of modern equipment are summarized,new problems brought by modern equipment are brought forward,the form and characteristics of equipment management are analyzed,and the literature on integrated equipment management is systematically reviewed,highlighting TnPM thoughts.The main content of ideas and management tools.Secondly,in combination with the actual situation of A coal-fired power plants,in-depth investigation and research,a large amount of data and data were collected,and methods such as literature research,investigation,and case analysis were applied,focusing on existing management models for systematic and special studies to find out The main problems are that the equipment management has not achieved full participation,the standardization of equipment management has not been achieved,the equipment management objectives are not clear,the equipment preventive maintenance system is not perfect,and the on-site management basic work has not been implemented,resulting in unplanned outage of the unit.,On-site management situation is worrying,economic benefits have not been expected,technical indicators have dropped significantly,and environmental protection data has repeatedly been negative.This paper chooses safety,reliability,economic benefits,and social responsibility as research perspectives.Using the TnPM thoughts,it proposes an optimization plan for equipment management of Coal-fired Power Station A,and improves and perfects system management,implements point verification,and establishes risk pre-control on the site.The implementation of the system,highlighting operational management,and fulfilling social responsibilities were evaluated in terms of the results achieved in field management,reliability indicators,economic indicators,major technical indicators,and social responsibilities.Finally,according to the research results of this paper,it is concluded that the optimization of equipment management after using TnPM thoughts improves the reliability of the equipment,and at the same time creates the economic value and social value of the company and promotes the sustainable development of the company.At the same time,this paper also provides experience and enlightenment for equipment management of similar companies in China.At the end of the article,we explain the deficiencies in the research,and look forward to the future research direction of equipment management.
