Research On Enterprise's Knowledge Innovation Basedon CAS Theory

With the development of the knowledge economy era,the global economy is undergoing a profound technological and intellectual innovation revolution.Simultaneously,knowledge innovation is the cross field of knowledge management and enterprise innovation theory,and the important research field of enterprise organization innovation system.Faced with the increasingly complex marketing environment,enterprises are confronted with more complicated situation,and enterprise knowledge system must cultivate and improve the ability of innovation and maintain strong development power in the whole process of evolution,therefore in the process of evolution of knowledge innovation system,enterprises need to re-examine enterprise knowledge innovation activity from the view of complexity science.This paper takes enterprise knowledge innovation as the research object,and probes into the mechanism and complexity of enterprise knowledge innovation with the CAS theory and enterprise knowledge innovation theories.The full of study contains the following 5 aspects: The first part mainly elaborated the research background,goal and significance;the second part carries on the definition of the enterprise knowledge Innovation related concept and CAS theory.This paper expounds clearly the connotation of enterprise knowledge and enterprise knowledge innovation and the characteristics of enterprise knowledge innovation,and gives the relation model of knowledge innovation and knowledge creation.In addition,the basic idea and evolution principle of CAS theory.The third part,the thesis further analyzes the mechanism of enterprise knowledge innovation.This paper explores the system of enterprise knowledge innovation selforganization.Simultaneously,using the CAS theory to explore the emergence of the process of enterprise knowledge innovation,producing conditions and limit generation process and highlevel emergence,and finally gives the enterprise knowledge innovation level emergence model.Fourthly,this paper constructs the Enterprise Knowledge Innovation model with CAS theory,and simulates it with AnyLogic simulation platform,and analyzes the simulation results.Finally,based on the research above to draw the relevant summary,and make a prospect about enterprise knowledge innovation complexity research.The research results of this paper will provide theoretical guidance for the practical activities of enterprise knowledge innovation in our country,and have important practical significance.
