With the development of the economy,the progress of the society,the diversity of the needs of the employees,the material incentive is becoming more and more unable to meet the needs of the contemporary enterprise management,and the non-material incentive measures have come into being.The financial industry is one of the most important industries in China in recent years.As an important part of the service industry,the efficiency of employees has become the main driving force for the development of financial enterprises,and the non-material incentives can overcome the shortcomings of material incentives and play a vital role in the development of financial enterprises.This paper first introduces the background of the topic,expounds the purpose and significance of the research,summarizes the status of the research at home and abroad,introduces the research methods and research contents of this paper,and then introduces the basic concepts and basic theories of this study.First of all,it defines the financial enterprises,expounds the incentive theory,expounds the non material incentive,provides the theoretical basis for the research of this paper,and then introduces the present situation of the non material incentive in the A financial enterprises.This paper first introduces the current situation and business of A financial enterprises,analyzes the existing non-material incentive management in the A financial industry,and analyzes the problems of non material incentives in the A financial industry.It mainly shows the lack of spiritual incentives,the single staff career planning and promotion channels,the lack of high-level non physical incentives and the performance appraisal system.It provides a basis for the formulation of non incentive measures for A financial enterprises;on this basis,it puts forward the optimization suggestions for the non material incentives of A financial enterprises,including the emphasis on emotional incentive,the strengthening of the target incentive,the emphasis on cultural incentive,the enhancement of example incentive,and the emphasis on honor incentives.Next,the A financial enterprise non material incentive to optimize the implementation of the guarantee measures to carry out the research,the A financial enterprise non material incentive optimization plan guarantee measures,and the need to pay attention to the problems to be discussed.Finally,we summarize the whole work and give some suggestions for China's financial sector's immaterial incentives.
