Fishery is an important part of agriculture which relate closely to national economy development.The development of fisheries have a great significance in promoting the adjustment of rural industrial structure,increasing the income of farmers,ensuring the effective supply of aquatic products and optimizing the national diet structure.Due to transient fishing and environmental pollution,Zhoushan fisher ground among almost all of the fisher grounds in the world are shrinking.The sustenance and healthy development of fisheries has become a problem of great concern.How to realize the sustainable development of fisheries? We turn to find the answer from analyzing the contribution rate of each factor in fishery production.Firstly,we collected the basic data of the total fishery output,material cost,labor,fishery culture area and the fishing amount of marine fisheries from the Zhoushan statistical annals.Secondly,analyzed the contribution rate of various production factors to Zhoushan fisheries,and then analyzed the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress by using the Solow residual value method.Thirdly,based on the comparison of the changing trend of production factors,we explore the development strategy of fishery industry structure adjustment.All in all,we need to develop from extensive to intensive by the science and technology.This thesis is divided into four parts: the first part describes the background and significance of the research,and summarizes the research progress of the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress home and abroad.The second part introduces the Solow residual value method,the gray correlation analysis method of parameter estimation,and the concrete calculation steps of the Solow residual value method.The third part is the core of this thesis.In this part,we make an empirical analysis of the contribution rate of Zhoushan fishery science and technology.First,the original data source and the basic processing method are explained,and then the growth rate equation of Zhoushan fishery development is established by using the thought of Solow residual value method,and then the growth rate and contribution rate of each element are calculated according to the growth velocity equation.Finally,we compare and analyze the growth rate andcontribution rate of each factor,and explore the clues of Zhoushan fishery structure.The fourth part propose some suggestions for promote the healthy development of Zhoushan fisheries according to theoretic conclusions of the third part.
