Study On The Democratic Management Of The Village Level Land In Zhejiang

Since the reform and opening up,the land management system has been continuously reform.In 1984,the rural land system of household contract responsibility system has been formulated,which provides a new way to rural agricultural production and improves the enthusiasm of farmers.However,with the development of the social and economic development,some problems have been gradually improved.Highlighting and gradually affecting the steady development of rural economy has become an obstacle to the stability of rural society.The rural problem is the fundamental problem of social development.Agriculture is the basic Department of C hina's national economy.The core of the agricultural problem lies in the land.The proper formulation of the land system is the key factor affecting the economic progress and agricultural problems of our country.This article first introduces the theories related to the land management and analyzes the nature of the rural land in our country.From the historical traceability,this paper s ums up the rural land system in Zhejiang Province,finds out the shortcomings,and explores the direction and trend of the reform of the village level land democratic management system in Zhejiang Province,and the final purpose of the study.It is to improve the efficiency of rural land supply.This article is divided into six parts: the first chapter: introduction,describing the research background,determining the research value,summarizing the research status;the second chapter: the related theory br ief,the third chapter,this article analyses the present situation of the village level land democratic management in Zhejiang Province,first combs the land use history and the present situation in Zhejiang Province,respectively from the villagers.The distribution of land property rights,the status of village level supervision mechanism and the situation of land use are analyzed.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the operation mechanism of the village level land democratic management in Zhejiang province.It is divided into four aspects to analyze the positive effect of reasonable management mode on the village level land democratic management in Zhejiang province.The fifth chapter mainly analyzes the existing problems in the village level democratic management in Zhejiang Province,including the interpersonal apathy caused by the unidentified land power and responsibility,the unidentified land property rights,and the rent-seeking phenomenon in the process of land transfer.The sixth chapter,aiming at the existing problems in the democratic management of village level in Zhejiang Province,puts forward the Optimization Countermeasures of village level democratic management in Zhejiang province.
