Research On The Zoning Of Rural Residential Land Consolidation In Zhejiang Province

As an important part of land consolidation,Rural residential land consolidation can improve the production and living conditions of rural area,increase the area of cultivated land,and promote the conservation of land.It is a fundamental approach and an inevitable choice for ensuring food security,ecological security,rural people's livelihood and economic development.Through literature review,it is found that there are few researches on the zoning of rural residential land consolidation,and end with consolidation model mostly,lacking of the path from theory to practice.Based on this,the main contents of this article include:?Analyzing the existing problems and regional differences of rural residential land use in Zhejiang Province from four aspects and two scales;?To establish a systematic and operational sorting evaluation system,by considering factors such as natural conditions,land use status,socio-economic development level and land use demand in Zhejiang Province;?Proposing policies to promote the consolidation process of rural residential land.The research shows that:?Rural residential land use is still a contradiction point in Zhejiang Province,and regional differences are significant,so zoning research is necessary;?There are four type zones in Zhejiang Province,including 17 prior consolidation areas,21 linked consolidation areas,25 moderate consolidation areas,12 optimized consolidation areas,and different types correspond to different sorting modes;?We can promote the land consolidation projects by increasing the willingness of villagers,broadening funding channels,and improving land use planning and management system.
