With the development of economic system and market economy,China's securities market system has been constantly improving,its system has been constantly improving and its scale has been expanding.It has become an important part of China's economic system.At the same time,China's securities companies have also experienced the process of continuous standardization and development.With the rapid development of China's securities industry,the competition intensity between securities companies is increasing.Securities companies need to create a bigger competitive advantage if they want to gain a firm foothold in the securities market.The securities industry as a talent intensive industries,high requirements for knowledge and professional ability,talent is the core competitiveness of the company,with the business expansion,the company's demand for talent is increasingly strong,the company invested in the cost of human resources is also growing,the securities industry,the company's human resources cost has occupied the total cost the 50%-60% of the enterprise,and even more.As everyone knows,the cost of human resources is an important part of cost management,but also an important part of the total cost of the enterprise,its control is directly related to the profit of the enterprise,the enterprise's survival and development of enterprises,the human resources cost of such a high proportion of the securities industry is even more so.It is self-evident importance of human resources cost control in the management of the company.Human resource cost is the most important cost of a securities company,and its controllable space is still sufficient.How to control the cost and not affect the quality of human resources,but also effectively improve the efficiency of work,is an important issue to improve the competitiveness of securities companies.In this paper,we take KY securities Limited by Share Ltd human resource cost as the research object,and read a lot of literatures related to human resource cost control,so as to grasp the theoretical basis of human resource cost control.Based on the research results of human resource cost management and control at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the cost of human resources in KY securities through a series of methods,such as literature reading and analysis,basic theory research,case analysis and data analysis.This paper analyzes the problems of human resource cost control in KY securities company in each link.Combined with the current situation of human resource cost control of KY securities company and the factors that influence the cost control of human resources,we use elastic control model and ratio deviation control model to analyze thoroughly,and find out the root causes of these problems.In combination with the causes of these problems,it puts forward practical solutions to problems and suggestions for the cost control of human resources in KY securities companies.
