"The competition for talent" is the theme of our times, the enterprises have outstanding talents are the most competitive enterprises, the enterprise’s future and have excellent talents are closely related. Human resources are the most valuable resources of enterprises, can create unlimited wealth for enterprises, but also increase the cost of enterprise human resources. Human resources to bring high profit for enterprises at the same time also have high cost, human resource cost accounting for the total cost of the enterprise in a considerable part, so more and more enterprises realize the importance of human resources cost control. Human resources cost control is the research direction of domestic and foreign scholars are keen, but also in today’s enterprises attach great importance to the topic.The author collected and studied according to the literature review of human resources cost control related topics, with the theories of human resources cost control as the theoretical foundation of Jilin province in2012, A company human resources academic structure, age structure, professional structure, title structure and salary structure of the data analysis, at the same time, the company nearly five years of human resources cost data of longitudinal elastic control analysis and the level of ratio analysis. The human resources cost control together problems of actual human resources cost control research and the theory of the firm, the human resources cost control theory can be better service for enterprises.
