Xinjiang corps is located in northwest China,is one of the main cotton producing areas in China.Although the land resources of the corps are not rich,it has accelerated the development of the cotton industry by virtue of the natural conditions,advanced planting management techniques and large-scale mechanization.At the same time,the corps workers benefited from the temporary storage policy of the state,and also increased the enthusiasm of planting cotton.Under the influence of multiple factors,the cotton industry in the corps has developed rapidly and the cotton supply is abundant.International market prices fall in recent years,national reserve policy to bring huge pressure,and the domestic textiles demand is not prosperous,the cotton price is very unstable,cotton farmers only to reap the benefits by increasing production,the price is the dramatic increase in the cost of cotton.Whether it is to plant cotton workers,or the cotton industry,or even the entire national economy development has been adversely affected.At present,it is necessary to accurately understand the actual cost of the cotton production in the regiment,so as to reduce the unnecessary input in the cotton planting process,thus improving the output and income of cotton.Therefore,it is necessary to find out the optimum input point of each factor of production,and rationally put into the proportion of the factors needed for cotton production,further improve the economic efficiency of cotton industry and promote the rapid growth of cotton industry.In this paper,from the perspective of cotton production elements the actual condition of xinjiang production and construction corps cotton production,draw lessons from the results of other researchers,using the descriptive statistical analysis and regression analysis,the xinjiang production and construction corps cotton in-depth research and analysis on the factors of production input.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Using descriptive statistical analysis method,the third division of the third division of the southern frontier corps was analyzed.By comparing the han peasant households and the ethnic peasant households,it was found that there was a high enthusiasm among the han farmers to grow cotton.The water resources investment is also more economical than the national farmers,and can use water resources more rationally;In cotton yield,the han peasant household produces 384.26kg/ mu and the ethnic peasant household is 242.2kg/ mu.Due to different production units of land area,the number of farmers and land condition,management level,etc.,there are differences,resulting in cotton production had different conditions,such as the third division 51 regiment 16 and 18,53.27 worth planting area of 53.27 mu,and 135.07 mu,a difference of more than 1 times,193.71 yuan and 53.65 yuan respectively,and the expenditure on water are nearly three times;The production cost is 537 yuan and 559.89 yuan respectively,and the difference is not significant.The yield was 226.78kg/ mu and 398.61kg/ mu,with a difference of more than 170 kg/ mu,and there was a significant difference.2.The regression analysis method analyzes the: three division in cotton planting area and unit production scale economical inverted u-shaped curve,the best planting area of 136.48 mu,can obtain the highest output per unit area of 455.57 kg/mu.Capital(seeds,mulch,fertilizer,control)relationship between input and output per unit area of cotton type curve is convex,can obtain the highest when the capital investment is 941.83 yuan per unit area yield of 476.18 kg/mu;The maximum yield per unit area of water resources is 454.72 kg/mu.When the manual input was 0.2276 work/mu,the maximum yield was 462.07kg/ mu;Agricultural machinery relationship between input and output per unit area is parabola opening down,when the mechanical input increases to 396.98 yuan/mu,cotton has the highest yield,the maximum yield of 451.09 kg/mu,along with the increase of the mechanical input after production began to decline,cotton capital input curve began to tilt down,then just don't think fit to increase the mechanical input.The factors that influence the yield of unit area are the capital input,the second is the input of water resources,the area of planting cotton,the artificial input,and the least influence of the mechanical pick up.When the planting area of the farmers is 106.4739 mu,the cost of the mu is 582.8499 yuan,the cost of mu water is 408.7143 yuan,the mu is 0.1221,and the mu machinery investment is 382.8167 yuan,the yield is the highest,the highest theoretical yield is 506.1979kg/ mu.3.Through regression analysis found that the cotton all factors of production and income also appear inverted u-shaped equation curve: planting area of 151.98 mu,can obtain the highest yield per unit area is 1128.15 yuan/mu.When the investment of capital(seed,mulch,fertilizer,chemical control)is 690.37 yuan,the maximum unit area yield will be 1084.87 yuan/mu;When the input of water resources is 348.83 yuan,the maximum yield per unit area is 1076.82 yuan/mu;When the manual input was 0.2069 workers/mu,the maximum yield was 1092.55 yuan/mu.When the mechanical input was 393.15 yuan,the maximum yield was 1049.27 yuan/mu.Through the analysis,when farmers planting area of 187.5698 mu,mu cost 208.5765 yuan,mu water is 408.7143 yuan,0.0533 mu of recruitment,mu mechanical spent 400.7994 yuan,the highest yield per unit area,the ideal income is 1762.32 yuan/mu.According to the relevant analysis results,the following Suggestions are put forward: to further strengthen pest control;To further strengthen the prevention and control of diseases and pests and reduce the input of chemical control;Increase high-tech investment,promote cotton production efficiency;Increase the mechanization degree of cotton production;Reasonable increase of organic fertilizer,scientific application of chemical fertilizer;Find the optimal planting scale of cotton,reasonably allocate the input of the elements in the cotton production process.
