The southern Xinjiang Corps,as Xinjiang and even China,is a cotton-growing region.The cotton industry holds 60% of the economic lifeline of the southern Xinjiang Corps.At the same level of capital investment,how to increase cotton output value to increase the economic benefits of cotton farmers in southern Xinjiang? How to make the lowest cotton planting factor input factor combination cost achieve optimal production and enhance the competitiveness of cotton production in the southern Xinjiang Corps?In order to improve the pressure on cotton planted by farmers in the Southern Xinjiang Corps cotton planting industry due to rising cotton planting costs,stagnant growth in cotton production,sluggish income from other crops,large expenditures on household expenses,and price inflation,this problem has caused Concern and reflection.In order to make the Corps more stable,better promote cotton farmers to play the functions of the southern Xinjiang Corps and the positive development of the cotton industry of the southern Xinjiang Corps,it is urgent to study the efficiency of the replacement of cotton production factors in the Southern Xinjiang Corps.This article describes and analyzes the input and output status of cotton planting factors in each division of the Southern Xinjiang Corps.Through an overview of the status quo of cotton production factors and factors changes in the southern Xinjiang Corps,we understand the cotton planting conditions and the economic status of cotton in the southern Xinjiang Corps.,cotton planting households feature input characteristics.In view of the current cotton-growing farmers faced with low cotton sales prices,high costs,and labor shortages,how to increase cotton planting income to mobilize cotton enthusiasm? Based on this research issue,we will sort out the cotton input and output data of the Southern Xinjiang Corps and sort out the relevant statistical yearbook data for 2008-2017,and bring the revenue and output data of the Southern Xinjiang Corps into Cobb-Douglas(Cobb-Douglas)model of production function to analyze the relationship between input and output efficiency.While clearly understanding the impact of the input and output efficiency of the cotton production factors of the Southern Xinjiang Corps,it is necessary to graspthe influence of the production factors on the cotton cultivation in depth and to grasp the output elasticity and cotton production of the cotton production factors of the Southern Xinjiang Corps.The relationship of elasticity,by constructing a model that is beyond the logarithmic production function,uses fixed effects and random effects to estimate the alternative relationship between cotton production factors in the southern Xinjiang Corps and promote the reasonable and effective selection and distribution of production factors by the southern Xinjiang Corps.Concluded as follow:First,the article systematically analyzed the status quo of the input of the four major elements in the cotton production of the Southern Xinjiang Corps.The cotton planting scale of the Southern Xinjiang Corps presented a volatile change from 2007 to 2016.In the ten years,the cotton planting area in 2010 was less than 200 thousand hectares.In other years,the cotton planting rate was more than 2 million hectares but less than 23,000 hectares.In 2016,the cotton coverage of the Southern Xinjiang Corps was 227.25 hectares,accounting for 36.56% of the cotton area of the XPCC.The cotton yields varied widely among the divisions.The cotton output of the Southern Xinjiang Corps fluctuated between 20 million tons/ha and 25 million tons/ha.The volatility range of the first,second and third divisions was about 23 million tons/ha.The cotton harvested area increased from 68.67 thousand hectares to 433.37 thousand hectares,and the mechanized picking area of the Southern Xinjiang Corps from 2007 to 2016 has increased by 5 turns,reducing the pressure on cotton harvesting during the harvest period.As the southern Xinjiang Corps grows and grows,the number of internal laborers has gradually increased from 228,027 in 2007 to 288,274 in2016,an increase of 26.42%.From 2007 to 2016,the capital input of cotton planting by the Southern Xinjiang Corps showed an upward trend.Secondly,through the construction of a CD production function model,we obtained:(1)T-test between relevant factors.The correlation coefficient between the cotton planting area of the Southern Xinjiang Corps,S input,labor input L,cost input K,and cotton yield Y all reached over 94%.,has a high degree of correlation.(2)After the general least-squares estimation and the white test,the coefficient of determination R2=0.9951944,the coefficient of determination of correlation with cotton production in theSouthern Xinjiang Corps,which is conducive to the increase in cotton production.(3)The output elasticity of land is 0.0606,the output elasticity of labor is 4.9753,and the output elasticity of capital is 0.0174.It shows that the labor input has a greater influence on the cotton production of the Southern Xinjiang Corps,while the area-scale investment has a relatively small influence on the cotton production and production of the Southern Xinjiang Corps.Third,with the increase in capital input from the Southern Xinjiang Corps Cotton between 2007 and2016,the cotton planting area of the Southern Xinjiang Corps was limited to the area of cultivated land in Xinjiang,and the space for land productivity growth was limited.Substitutions of capital and area continue to rise,and the substitution relationship has changed with time.The average value of the replacement relationship between the labor force and the area is 1.264,the average of the band-to-capital relationship is1.203,and the average replacement relationship between labor and capital is 1.107.It can be seen that there are significant substitution effects between the production factors(including the input of land,labor,capital)in the cotton planting process of the Southern Xinjiang Corps,the replacement between labor and area> the replacement between area and capital> labor and capital The alternative between.Fourth,the K value >1 in 2007-2009 and 2014-2016 is a BC technology growth path,which shows that the increase in output value during the cotton production and operation process of the Southern Xinjiang Corps in 2007-2009 mainly depends on the land organism.The use of chemical technology.K value of <1 in 2010,2011 and 2013 is a growth path of M technology,which indicates that the increase in output value during the cotton production and management process in recent years mainly depends on the utilization of agricultural mechanization technology.It highlights the intensification of the labor force in the Southern Xinjiang Corps and the advancement of the mechanization of the Southern Xinjiang Corps.K = 1in 2012,which is a "neutral" growth path.It shows that the combination of biochemical technology and mechanization technology will affect the economic benefits of the cotton production of the Southern Xinjiang Corps.From this,it can be concluded that the cotton planting of the Southern Xinjiang Corps belongs to the land-based biochemical technology-based growth path.
